Demonstrations include the tactical Special Operations Group, C.E.R.T. teams, K-9 teams, Hostage Negotiating teams and mission specific teams. C.E.R.T. was instituted in 1982 and created to ensure that Connecticut’s prison system was able to quickly manage and handle incidents in a professional and timely manner.
