LAZ Parking’s Chatterton Parking lot at the corner of Orange and George Sts. in New Haven isn’t just a place to park the car for the day but a quiet, garden oasis complete with water feature and cafe table, all courtesy of the work of parking attendant Donald Flumerfelt with the financial support of LAZ.
