The two-hour kickoff of ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars: All Stars,” with a hodgepodge of celebrities, has-beens, wannabes and more, is slated for Monday at 8 p.m. on Channel 7. Viewers will decide for themselves which category the various “All Stars” fall into: Kirstie Alley, Pamela Anderson, Joey Fatone, Carson Kressley, Apolo Anton Ono, Bristol Palin and too many more. Tom Bergeron will keep things running smoothly per usual. And Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Len Goodman will hold down the judges’ table.
