Hard-core plungers turned out for a scaled back event this year at Lighthouse Point Park. The carousel building was closed due to Storm Sandy damage and no breakfast was served. The cold water however, is always there, and the brave of heart dove in to raise money for the New Haven Land Trust community Gardens and New Haven Parks. Photos by Melanie Stengel
